These were amazing - really nice chew to the cookie and the topping was fantastic.

This book was well worth the money! I was unsure about how to start my bakery from home, how to get into farmers markets and such, packaging, my state regulation… ugh! So over whelming to think about.. this book covered ALL of that and way more than I expected. I’m happy to support a fellow mom too, but this book was terrific!
